We specialise in both low and high volume pressing of metal components and have a large range of presses including many with single action or coil pressing capabilities.
We can produce single pressed components or more complex multi-stage pressings – i.e. components which require a wide range of manufacturing processes and techniques.
Specific finishes can be applied after manufacture.
A wide range of materials can be used in the manufacture of components including:
- Mild Steel
- Stainless Steel
- Brass
- Copper
- Aluminium etc.
- in gauges from 0.5mm to 12mm
Close tolerances can be catered for and assembly work can be undertaken if required.
